Student Violas

     Our beautiful new and improved entry level student violas is the Cadoni Prelude viola.  It is fitted with either boxwood or ebony pegs and an aluminum alloy fine tuner tailpiece.  The low price point makes them a great starter instrument for the beginning student.  These outfits come complete with a feather weight case and ebony frog bow with horsehair.

     The Samuel Eastman model 100 violas are quality student instruments that have become a staple of string programs everywhere. Outstanding features include beautiful, select tonewoods, genuine hand-inlaid purfling, spruce top, maple back, maple ribs, maple scroll, ebony pegs, ebony fingerboard, ebony chinrest, and a glowing amber-brown varnish that is durable as well as attractive. These fully carved instruments provide quality of sound and craftsmanship to beginning and advancing players. The Eastman 100 outfit includes case and horsehair bow.

     Salvatore Cadoni model 80 violas are our most beautiful mid-quality student violas.  These violas are fitted with fine ebony or boxwood fittings.  The outfits come complete with a lightweight case and wooden bow with an ebony frog and horsehair.
